How to make Sushi
  Here is what you need to make two california rolls:

Nori (Seaweed): 1 (cut in half)
Rice: 1 cup, cooked
Vinegar Mixture: 1/4 cup vinegar and 2 Table spoon mix together.
Add this vinegar mixture to the rice and mix well.
Crab meat: It can be fake crab, canned crab, tuna...etc
Avocado: 1/2 slightly ripe one, cut it in strips
Flying fish eggs: Tiny orange eggs. You may need 1 to 2 Tbl for one roll.

You also need a sushi roll mat, but you can also substitute this with plastic wrap.

Step by step instructions:

  1. First, take a piece of Nori and put some rice on it. Not too thick, but not too thin
    cover the whole Nori.
  2. Use a piece of plastic wrap. Take the Nori & Rice piece and put that to the wrap rice side down.
  3. Put some avocado, crab meat, and flying fish eggs.
  4. Start rolling the mat (wrap) from your side with your hands, and roll it all the way.
  5. Hold it tightly (not too tight, but if you skip this, the roll will fall apart!!).
  6. Take the roll that you just made, and cut them in 8 pieces.
  7. Voila! Now you can call yourself "Sushi Chef" now. Congratulations!!!
  8. Don't forget this step, eat the sushi! Don't forget "Wasabi" and "Soy Sauce"
